 Art Deco Fan

Begin by stamping Art Deco Fan in black pigment ink (Ancient Page) on white card stock. Heat emboss with Spectrum.

Stamp the Art Deco Fan with White Brilliance twice on black card stock, heat emboss with Titanium White Opaque.

Cut out all three shapes following close to outside lines. Arrange fans as in photograph on black thin card stock and adhere, leaving a small gap between fans.  Cut out around all three fans.

Place as in photograph with the right edge of black fans touching edge of the silver card and adhere .

Cut the right edge following the shape of the fans.

Use a black marker to draw three diagonal lines in the lower left-hand corner of card.
Art Deco Fan

This version of the Art Deco Fan was done for a Mardi Gras Swap.  
The colours do not do justice to the paint which is fabulous (Alchemy range, a bit like interference).

Stamp Art Deco Fan on acetate with Jet Black Stazon pad.  Apply gold leaf on three bands and base of image.  

Color image from the back using Amourosa, Fusion, Chinese Jade and Whirlwind (Stewart Gill Paints).  

Mount acetate onto turquoise panel.

Hand-draw shape of an eye mask on Translucent Shrink Plastic and wipe entire surface with Brilliance Peacock.  Punch small holes in the bottom of mask.  Heat to shrink.  

Outline shrink plastic edge with gold Krylon pen and attach other shrink plastic shapes, as well as beads, through holes on the bottom.  
Mount so the embellishments just touch the Art Deco Fan.  

Mount embellished panel to gold mirror panel, then to black panel, and finally, to turquoise card.
